1. Monthly Subscription Renewal
- Your Monthly Subscription will renew on the 1st of each month, ensuring smooth and predictable payments. We'll send your invoice via email or WhatsApp, making it easy for you to manage.
2. Financial Considerations:
- We understand that unforeseen financial challenges may arise. To assist you, we provide a grace period of 3 days to complete your payment. After this period, a delay fee of 49qr per day, up to a maximum of 4 days, will be applied. If payment is not completed within 7 days, your subscription will be temporarily placed on hold until renewal.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. Unfortunately, no refunds, cancellations, or reschedules can be accommodated within this 24-hour period. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Flexibility in Emergencies:
- Life happens, and we get that. In case of emergencies on the same day as your class, you have the option to make up your class on another day by paying a nominal fee of 49qr or by providing a certificate, such as a sick leave notice. Your well-being matters to us.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Once you've made a payment for our service or subscription, refunds or cancellations are not permitted. We encourage you to make the most of your total package. Reschedules are, however, allowed within the specified terms.
6. Rescheduling and Freezing Options (Vacations):
- Now you have the flexibility to reschedule your class up to 24 hours before your appointment. Additionally, you can freeze and save your slots for up to 2 weeks during a short holiday or trip, free of charge. If you need more time, a small fee of 25qr per slot will ensure they are saved until your return date. Payment for extended freezes should be made in advance and you should give us your return date.
7. Subscription Management:
- Your class package is exclusive to you and cannot be transferred to another person. We encourage you to complete your classes before considering stopping, as refunds are not possible once payment has been made.
8. Class Attendance:
- To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class and relax in our waiting area. Your punctuality ensures the best use of your class time.
9. Care for Our Equipment:
- We kindly request your careful handling of our equipment. In the event of accidental damages caused by a student, we trust that you'll take responsibility for any necessary repairs or replacements.
