Terms & Conditions Loyalty Families

1. Membership Eligibility:
- The Loyalty Families Program is open to all clients of Cochineal Music Classes.

2. Earning Points:
- Points are earned through eligible purchases of classes and major instruments.
- Points are not transferable and have no cash value.

3. Redeeming Points:
- Points can be redeemed for additional class bookings or purchases of major instruments.
- Additional class bookings do not affect monthly subscription plans.
- Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Point Expiry Policy:
- Credits earned expire at the end of each academic term or semester, specifically on the official date of the Final Assessment.

5. Program Changes:
- Cochineal reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Families Program at any time without prior notice.

6. Acceptance of Terms:
- By participating in the Loyalty Families Program, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
